This plan includes everything the ProactivCare Gold Plan offers including our remote support for one low monthly fee. The only exception—you pay an additional fee for any necessary on-site service. This option allows you some flexibility and frees up your internal IT staff to address more pressing issues. For many companies, it’s a more cost-effective way to complement your growing IT and technology support needs.
