As an alternative to our ProactivCare Service Plans, Quality Computer Services, Inc. offers service on a time and material basis. This Time & Material Support Plan provides assistance to those companies that do not have time-sensitive issues. You are only charged for support by the hour and charged for any parts needed to complete the service.

We have three different rates depending on the service being performed:

✓ Cable rate for cable installation and certification

✓ PC and printer repair rate

✓ Network rate for server and high-level network repair
